Asthma Action Plan Information

If your student has been diagnosed with Asthma and/or requires the use on an inhaler, please contact Gayla Risley to complete the proper paperwork if you have not done so already. Your student will be allowed to carry their inhaler in their book bag and we request that they always have their inhaler in their book bag in case of an emergency.
We are now also requesting that parents present the school with an Asthma Action Plan. This would be something that your student's physician would put into place to help control their asthma.
