Who will get to kiss the donkey? The seniors are holding a kiss the donkey contest during halftime of the donkey basketball game. Mrs. Dokey, Ms. Harris, Ms. Bennett, and Mrs. Perry are all competing for the chance. You can help us determine who gets that “privilege” by dropping your coins into the container. The container with the most money is the “winner”. There are containers located in the high school office, Rumors, Teddys, Jiffi Stop, and Caseys.

Don’t forget to get your donkey basketball tickets this week! They are $9 in advance, but $13 at the door with preschool children being free. Remember that children 12 and under get to ride a donkey between the games for free and we also have the kiss the donkey contest happening. If you want to vote for one of the ladies to get to kiss the donkey, drop your coins in the container with their picture on it! There are containers in the main office, at Rumors, Teddys, Caseys, and Jiffi Stop.

If you are wanting to ride a donkey, please see Mrs. Conkright as soon as possible to get a rider's release to read and sign. If you are 16-18, you must have a parent signature, or you can’t ride.

It will be a fun evening of giggles and entertainment! We hope to see you all there!

Dear JH Parents:

Our GP Middle School Science Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 30th from 4-6 pm.  The students have already put a lot of hard work into writing their research papers and planning out their projects.  Science fair experiments will need to be completed at home.  Students should have their science fair experiments completed by Thursday, April 10th.

After your child’s experiment is completed, he/she can begin working on his/her science fair board.  The school is providing each child with a science fair board.  Boards will be sent home after the experiment is completed, results are recorded, and display board items are typed.  Science fair display boards should be completed by Wednesday, April 23rd. (note date change)  Students will meet with the judges during school on April 30th.  We look forward to seeing your child’s project!  If you have any questions, please contact your child’s science teacher.
